Critical thinking about "the moral decisions we face in our everyday lives" is being pursued Thursdays this summer at the Oro Valley Public Library.

"Justice: What's the Right Thing to Do?" is a 12-week DVD and discussion series running this Thursday, May 27, through Aug. 12 at the library, located at 1205 W. Naranja. Lectures from Harvard Professor Michael Sandel are followed by "lively (but civilized) discussions" from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Topics include morality and murder, surrogate motherhood, affirmative action, same-sex marriage and others.
