Oracle State Park

The 4,000 acres of the Oracle State Park lie near the nexus of four great North American bioregions: the Rocky Mountains to the north, the Sierra Madrean to the south, the Sonoran Desert to the west and the Chihuahuan Desert to the east, and includes a variety of different habitats. This diversity in bio-regional influences and habitat types has resulted in a rich heritage of biological diversity.

In Oracle State Park, depending on time of year and location within the park, there is the potential for encountering at least 11 species of owls.

The Park was continually available for environmental education programs on a reservation basis. Oracle State Park was officially dedicated and opened to the public in 2001.

Oracle State Park is open on designated Saturdays throughout the year.

The park is located at, 3820 Wildlife Drive, Oracle, Arizona 85623.
