Lindsay Johnson, a 2010 graduate of Ironwood Ridge High School, capped off her high school career by riding off into the sunrise in a bright red Hyundai refurbished by 911 Collision Centers, a sponsor of Project Graduation.

Johnson was the lucky grand prize winner in a drawing that highlighted Project Graduation, a drug- and alcohol-free, all-night party on graduation night last month.

Sue Conto, chair of Project Graduation, said 95 percent of the IRHS senior class participated in the event this year. Its success "has everything to do with the grand prize car giveaway, which would not have been possible without 911 Collision's generous contributions," Conto said.

"It is very rewarding to again be part of this important program to keep our kids safe," said Michael Quinn, co-founder of 911 Collision Centers. "We want to thank all of our team members and DuPont Performance Coatings, who poured countless hours and expertise into refurbishing this vehicle.

"Most of all," he continued, "we thank the parent volunteers and the Oro Valley community for their tireless efforts and support to make Project Graduation such a big success."

911 Collision Centers is headquartered in Tucson. It has seven locations throughout Tucson, Scottsdale and Las Vegas.
