New Hires

Three changes have been announced by Waterfall Economidis Caldwell Hanshaw Villamana, a Tucson firm:

Peter Economidis is now accepting referrals for family law mediation.

Hugh M. Caldwell Jr., is of counsel.

Janice L. Bernardini has joined the firm, which is located in the Williams Centre.

Shaun Kirkpatrick, head of Tucson-based Research Corporation Technologies, has been elected to the Flynn Foundation governing board.

Marcheta Gillespie, deputy director for the city of Tucson department of procurement, has been elected to the national board for the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing.

Openings

David H. Kahan opened a Northwest Allied Physicians medical practice in Dove Mountain.

Transactions

The 21,161-square-foot Shoppes at Orange Grove, 3805 W. Orange Grove Road, was sold for $6.44 million by Benan Ventures to the Orange Grove Center, based in San Clemente, Calif.

Phone Directories Companies leased 2,678 square feet at 5232 E. Pima St.

Carondelet Medical Group leased 3,404 square feet at N. Silverbell Road.

Tosi Ventures leased a 3,856-square-foot office at 6601 E. Grant Road.
