Rossmar & Graham, the oldest and largest homeowner association management company in Arizona, has opened an office in Tucson.

Local offices for the company, which serves master communities, active adult communities and single-family home and condominium communities, are located at 2120 West Ina Road, at La Cholla. Corporate headquarters are in Scottsdale, with other offices in Peoria and Mesa.

“We are passionate about our work in the HOA management industry,” said Jim Hanley, president of R&G, “and Tucson was the next logical step for the growth of our company.”

Rossmar & Graham manages two Tucson-area properties. Villas On Shannon Ridge is a 500-unit condominium project being developed by Related Midwest of Chicago. Kinney Village is a 112-unit townhome project located in the Tucson Mountain Sanctuary. Rossmar & Graham began managing that property on April 1.

Mindy Schooley is the community manager in Tucson for Rossmar & Graham, which is looking to expand its southern Arizona presence.

Founded in 1968, Rossmar & Graham manages almost 400 communities, representing 100,000 homes. It offers full management and accounting services for communities as small as 28 units and as large as 20,000 units.

“We look at ourselves as more than just a management company … we’re our associations’ partner in helping them make their communities the best they can be,” Hanley said. “Whether it’s using the Rossmar & Graham Party Wagon to create ‘community unity,’ sending out ‘nice lot letters’ to recognize homeowners who do a great job of maintaining their home, or providing education and training for our managers and our board members, we play a vital role in the communities we manage.”
