Tucson’s own Kevin Sterner & Strait Country, a tribute to Country Music’s living legend George Strait, is returning to the Monsoon Nightclub on Nov. 29, 2012 for a special free concert. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30 p.m.

Kevin Sterner & Straight Country, the critically acclaimed “Tribute to the Music of George Strait,” is built around Kevin’s vocal style, which is very similar to George Strait’s. The Strait Country Band is composed of some of Southern Arizona’s most sought-after musicians. They include Rich Brennion (pedal steel guitar & lead guitar), Bill Emrie (fiddle & vocals), Dennis Van Vactor (keyboards), Steve Wendling (bass guitar & vocals), and Ralph Gilmore (drums & vocals).

Treena Parvello, Director of Marketing and Public Relations for the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise, said, “After their fantastic George Strait tribute show in October, we were excited to bring Kevin Sterner & Strait Country back as soon as possible. Country fans shouldn’t miss this excellent free show!”
