Greetings, Fitness Fans! The Anytime Fitness Challenge is now 3 weeks in progress, and I am feeling great. A few sore muscles are a good sign: No pain, no gain!
The exercise videos are excellent; I have used the 15-minute cardio video, focusing on abs. Also, today, my personal trainer, Mike Urbanski at the Oracle Road branch of Anytime Fitness, showed me a total body workout that you can do anytime, anywhere.
Great for when you are traveling, or even useful when at home. It is a rotation of 4 repetitions of 4 different activities: 20 pull-ups, 30 push-ups, 40 sit-ups, and 50 squats. Each rotation of the 4 activities should take about 7 minutes or so. Then repeated, four times. Guarantee you'll be feeling you've had a nice and strenuous workout, when completed.
For me, some muscles that have been dormant are now being felt! My weight loss is from 220 pounds, down to a current 206 today.
