Whew is it hot and humid or what? This weather can make one so sleepy and cranky.
I really have to push myself to work out!!! I have been doing intervals and weights, plus on my own some yoga and pilates. If I keep on being consistent, that is my main goal. It really is a mind game and if I tell my body to achieve it will. My diet is going well eating lots of greens and juicing. I am trying to eat clean and non processed foods. I have also been cutting down on dairy. Just a personal choice, but I have felt alot more energy lately. I still of course have my one cheat day a week. Makes it all worth it.
