A little over 2 months to go! I seem to be in a similar place as Catherine. My weight loss has really slowed down, but the inches are still flying off! Although I do want the weight to keep dropping, and I believe it will, I am very happy to see the inches continue to go down. Without that, I would be discouraged, as I am eating very healthy and working out hard. There are so many unhealthy, yummy foods that I continually turn down. I must say it is getting easier. I was able to go to three pot-luck barbeques this week and eat healthy at all of them. It helps to bring a large salad so that I know there will be at least one thing I can eat. I also keep a protein bar in my purse in case there is not even one healthy option.
I am glad the seasons are starting to change here as I need new clothes again and I am waiting to buy pants instead of more shorts. It feels so good to not have a thing to wear! In the gym Zach continues to push me to my limits with heavy weight lifting. After I huff and puff and barely finish the set, he will say, "that was too easy!" I just give him my death glare! I am glad he is there to push me, because I would never attempt the weights he has me lifting on my own. I will sure miss him! Onwards I march.
