I am so excited about the promise this last week brought to me. Not only did my new diet result in a reignition of my weight loss, but the doors opened to more workout time and more results!

Last night was the night I waited for for two years: graduation! Of course, I am ecstatic about the opportunity to begin a new career and a new phase in my life, but I am also excited to make myself and my family a priority again. And with that comes more focus on my diet and exercise.

I have already noticed a difference. Just this week alone I have been able to roughly double the amount of time I have spent in the gym. I feel better and am able to stick with my diet plan knowing that I am fully committing to it, not having to adjust my plan around school and other life needs. This is my priority now and I can’t wait to see what it brings!

Thing I learned this week: When one door closes, another one opens!
